Where do the pin hooks go when using pinch pleat therm. drapes//////////////?

I am not sure where to put the pin hooks on the drapes. They are pleated with 4" pleat. I am using a traverse rod which opens in the center.

The pin hooks attach on the backside of the drapes, directly on the back of the pleat. Insert the pin at the bottom edge of the pleat where it is pinched together and the material is double thickness. The only thing showing when you are finished is the hook which inserts into the sliders on the traverse rod.
