my friend is allergic to all metals and when she puts earings in her ears go red and itchey. shes tryed good quality gold and silver earings but its all the same. is there anywhere i can buy plastic hooks that i can put on her existing earrings?
i dont mind internet sites as long as they're in australia.
i have beading pliers etc. already.

I have a suggestion that is actually a lot cheaper than having to search for plastic french hooks.
I have sensitive skin and I'm allergic to nickel. Some stores at the mall have these clear plastic sleeves to put over the metal posts but you can also paint clear nail polish over the posts as well....apply 2 coats an be sure to do this the day before you plan on wearing your earrings.

Reply:You should buy some earrings at Claires and keep 'em....but give the plastic things on the back of 'em to her. =] I like the plastic earring backs compared to the real ones. There more comfortable.
