Lindy Rig for walleye in Minnesota with 3 hooks?

My friend makes these "lindy rigs" with beads and a blade and then 3 small hooks at the end spaced an inch or 2 apart from one another to hold a worm (think this is called a worm or crawler harness). My question is since in minnesota you can only have one hook, is this legal??

From what I can understand, if it has a blade, or spinner attached, it is considered a "lure" and therefore legal. If there is no spinner, then it would be illegal.

Here is a link to a discussion, I will search some more and see if I can find any more info.

Good luck fishing!

Edit:

I just read through some more discussions, and I am comfortable that as long as a spinner is attached it is legal. Here is one more discussion for you to read.

Reply:I'm gonna be honest that I don't know a lot about fishing, but I have seen (and used) a lot of lures with multiple hooks on them in MN. Are you sure the rule isn't that you can't have more than one line (with hook) in the water per licensed person?

--- After reading your responses and the other people, it sounds like they know what they are talking about and would explain why I have seen so many lures with multiple hooks.
Reply:Yes it is legal. They sell them at all the bait stores also. They also make a leach harness. Same thing but only has two hooks.
Reply:Sharon is correct. A crawler harness is considered a "lure".
