They 2 little knobes/hooks are still in place but have become loose such that when I close the door, they don't hook into place in the main body of the oven and don't seem to lock the door. Please advise what needs to be doen. thanks .

Hi Is the microwave built in to the wall? If yes you might need to call an appliance company. Do not attempt to use the microwave. It wont work right any way, those hooks activate three switches inside the unit. If it is less than a yr its under warrentee and No charge. If its a table type model its probably not worth fixn. Reply:I would not try to repair this as there is a danger of radiation leakage. Microwaves are not very expensive and it is not worth the risk.
Please believe me when I say this as I fix just about everything else.
