What is the cord called that comes from the car that looks like a long needle that hooks up the am/fm radio? it plugs into the back of headunits stock and aftermarket!

What is the cord called that comes from the car that looks like a long needle that hooks up the am/fm radio?
The antennea cable, Antennea coax, Whatever you want to call it, it connects the Car antennea to the stock or aftermarket headunit.
