Favorit Crochet Hooks?

I am a novice knitter who has recently begun to crochet as well. I was wondering what some of your favorite brands of crochet hooks are. I have a limited selection here, but there is always the %26#039;net if I want to explore more!

Thank you.

Favorit Crochet Hooks?
I like the Boye hook point, but I buy Afghan Hooks and cut them off to be 7 1/2 to 8 inches long for crochet hooks, I do not want a flat place in my hooks, so that they can serve the purpose for all stitches [ one stitch at a time or a dozen held on the hook ], I do not like the Susan Bates hook point, lots of others do, and it is every person to his own choice. Hope you find what works for you as I have.
Reply:All of mine are Boye brand.
Reply:I have both Boye and Susan Bates but it%26#039;s not so much the brand but the material it is made from. I find that the metal hooks work better than the others (no comfort grips or fancies)... the rest lies in what is more comfortable for you.
Reply:My favorite are Boye.
Reply:I have tried tons of crochet hooks. I don%26#039;t like susan bates or any that have the flatter ends. I like Boye. I also really really really like the ergonomic set from walmart.
Reply:I have tried both Boye and Susan Bates. I prefer the Susan Bates.
Reply:I prefer the Boye brand:)
Reply:Check Joann.com They have a lot of different kinds of crochet needles that you can check out.. They come in two different types. The ones that are listed with numbers are for thread but the ones with letters -hyphen-number are for yarn.
